Key Responsibilities
Planning & Monitoring Process:
- Assist recruitment Supervisor preparing for monthly and quarter recruitment plan.
- Prepare pipeline for critical hospital positions in order to reduce the vacant days and avoid recruitment assumptions may occur.
- Document daily activities and report to superior managers.
Operation Excellence Process:
- Oversees the filling of any new appeared open vacancies by posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contracting & interviewing the applying candidates.
- Conduct & handle interviews to select according to the required criteria.
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Oversees the orientation to the new comers regarding their department, colleges, and BU directors.
- Responsible for overseeing the approval cycles of offers, renewal contracts, candidate transfer & manpower increase.
- Send offers to exclusive accepted candidates, negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation.
- Documenting the daily activities on odoo system such as Sourcing, Screening, Calls interviews and HR & Technical Interviews in order to build recruitment data base.
- Schedule meeting to sign contract with the top management & onboarding with all related department.
- Maintain recruitment team processes to hiring the most suitable candidates.
- Ensures fair and robust selection processes, ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure they are fully advised of processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Customer Satisfaction Process:
- Provide advice, coaching and support to recruitment team.
- Develop good business relationships with hospital management at the organization.
Innovation Process:
- Supporting role on solving the employees issues or problems and retaining the productive and unique employees
- Review performance of related departments in coordination with organizational development team in order to analyze the current and futuristic needs and requirements related to recruitment process.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or any relevant degree
