Planning & Monitoring Process

  • Responsible for advancing the mission of Andalusia for improved patient experience by providing organizational development opportunities to accelerate performance, elevate productivity, employee engagement and retention of talent in the organization.
  • Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
  • After departmental structure approval, creates organization structure at the business unit level as well as orient technical managers regarding the new structure objectives and workflow.
  • Prepare Pipeline for all hospital positions in order to reduce the vacant days. ·
  • Target outdoor recruiting channels for better recruiting selection to fill any open vacancies.

Operational Excellence Process

  • Collects monthly performance data from various stakeholders, analyze performance trends, recommend and follow up corrective actions to improve individual and department of assigned functions.
  • Run performance management cycle according to the discipline and policy in order to monitor employee’s performance and contribution to hospitals performance, productivity and revenue growth starting from receiving PMS sheets from technical managers, going through validation and analyzing PMS and ending with PMS feedback sessions.
  • Filling any new appeared open vacancies by posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contacting & interviewing the applying candidates. ·
  • Conducting and handling interviews to select according to the required criteria. ·
  • Apply fair and robust selection processes, ensuring the right needed skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
  • Send offers to accepted candidates, negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation.
  • Perform First Interviews, arrange second level and other levels interviews, and receive appropriate feedback.
  • Responsible for the approval cycles of offers, renewal contracts, candidate transfer, and Manpower increasing.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and attitudes based on departmental technical competency framework.
  • Documenting the daily activities on odoo system such as Sourcing, Screening, Calls interviews and HR & Technical Interviews in order to build recruitment data base.
  • Follow-up references and check credits. · Research and develop recruiting leads.

  • Education:  Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry Degree.
  • Preferable Certifications: HR Diploma.
