Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and performance indicators to support business and HR objectives.
• Develop and update Job Descriptions (JDs), Job Structures, and Organizational Structures.
• Review and improve HR processes across multiple functions, including: ( Performance Management, Total Rewards, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development,,Talent Assessment, Onboarding & Internship)
• Identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and support the development of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with different HR functions and stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Identify, document, and design HR process lists and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for HR process automation and lead automation initiatives.
• Analyze existing HR processes to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support HR decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• +3 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to: (Recruitment / Talent Acquisition/Organizational Development (OD)/Performance Management/KPI Setting & Monitoring/Job Analysis & JD Development / Organizational Structures)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
