Key Responsibilities

• KPI & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs/OKRs, build executive dashboards, and prepare regular performance review reports.
• Analysis & Research: Conduct market research, scenario/risk analysis, and support due diligence for strategic growth and M&A opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Work with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement and change management projects.
• Governance & Alignment: Maintain SMO templates and assist in clear strategy communications across the organization.

Key Requirements

• 3 years in Corporate Strategy, SMO, Management Consulting, or Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of strategy frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecards).
• Excellent analytical, project coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
