- Illustrates concepts to spec, by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic. Prepares layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up, and finishing layouts.
- Design across all digital assets, e.g. website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media.
- Design and production of printed collateral, e.g., promotional Materials, outdoor media, Advertising, presentations and other print material.
- Design and execute a new look and feel across all digital and print material that accurately reflects new brand positioning.
- Design, layout and format marketing and communications materials across the dot care.
- Design and execute a new look and feel across all digital and print material that accurately reflects new dot care brand positioning.
Customer Satisfaction Process:
- Increase Customer engagement ratio by attractive design.
- Development and maintenance of print and digital design style guide.
Innovation process:
- Stay up to date with Creative Standards.
- Generate new & creative ideas in designs in brainstorming sessions before each campaign.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting innovated improvements when necessary.
Education:
bachelor's degree (Mass communication, fine arts) or equivalent
Experience:
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Graphic designs, marketing and web technologies
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing graphic designs.
