BD Growth Intelligence Planning Supervisor

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement group-wide Organizational Development initiatives at the business unit level while ensuring alignment with the central OD strategy. 

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), support the development of annual learning plans, and coordinate the delivery of training programs and workshops.

 • Support Talent Management processes, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement Surveys, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). 

• Collect, analyze, and interpret Organizational Development data to identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities. 

• Coordinate with the Central OD Team to monitor progress, share feedback, and ensure alignment on development initiatives. 

• Act as a change agent by supporting organizational change initiatives, culture enhancement programs, and team development activities. 

• Assist in adapting OD tools, templates, and frameworks to meet operational and business requirements. Planning & Monitoring Process: 

• Track and report the progress of Organizational Development initiatives using approved templates and KPIs. 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommend operational improvements where needed. 

• Support organizational capability assessments and monitor team performance trends. 

• Analyze employee performance data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. 

• Monitor performance trends and conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBIs) to identify development opportunities. • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to Organizational Development activities.

 Operational Excellence Process: 

• Ensure the proper implementation and utilization of Organizational Development tools and frameworks across departments. 

• Ensure compliance with the monthly Performance Management System (PMS) cycle. 

• Conduct monthly performance feedback sessions based on PMS results. 

• Maintain and regularly update organizational structures and organization charts. 

• Ensure all Organizational Development documentation is maintained according to HR standards and reporting requirements. 

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs, learning initiatives, and employee development plans. 

• Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning workshops. 

• Maintain accurate records of learning hours, succession plans, and employee development progress. 

• Ensure continuous Organizational Development coverage by maintaining updated Job Descriptions (JDs) and PMS implementation. 

Customer Satisfaction Process: 

• Serve as the primary Organizational Development contact for employees and managers by providing guidance on performance and development tools. 

• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders regarding Organizational Development initiatives and communicate findings to the Central OD Team. 

• Support the Operational HR Manager in addressing organizational development needs and talent-related challenges. 

• Ensure a positive and consistent employee experience throughout development and change initiatives. Innovation Process: 

• Identify opportunities to improve Organizational Development practices, learning methods, employee engagement initiatives, and development tools. 

• Participate in piloting new Organizational Development tools and methodologies in collaboration with the Central OD Team. 

• Research and benchmark Organizational Development best practices to support continuous improvement. 

 Education:

 • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 

• A medical background is preferred. Experience: 

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. 

• HR Diploma or Certified HR Professional is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Essential: 

• Good understanding of Organizational Development concepts, including competency frameworks, performance management systems, and career development. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret organizational data. 

• Project coordination, planning, and time management skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Exposure to the healthcare or service industry is an advantage. 

Preferred: 

• Experience in adapting development initiatives to technical and functional roles. 

• Professional certification or additional training in Organizational Development. Knowledge of data visualization and HR reporting
