
Planning and Monitoring Process:
· Design and implement targeted growth strategies for key accounts, encompassing stagnant, new, and established partnerships to maximize patient inflow to the hospital.
· Create annual and quarterly sales plans specific to homecare, medical tourism, and visiting doctor services.
· Conduct deep analyses per account, per diagnosis, per segment, per country of referral patterns, revenue contributions, and market dynamics to identify actionable opportunities for growth.
· Regularly assess and monitor key accounts performance to identify opportunities for growth, including reactivating dormant accounts and expanding partnerships with active ones.
· Set each account or sub accounts targets throughout assumptions and their outcomes according to each account type, account profile as well as its life cycle.
Operational Excellence Process:
· Identify bottlenecks in referral operations and implement solutions to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
· Maintain comprehensive records of all agreements, performance metrics, and communication history with stakeholders.
· Provide granular insights to Medical services sales agents on high-value accounts, recommending prioritized partnerships and directing their efforts toward high-yield opportunities.
· Provide detailed comprehensive reports on account performance, referral activity, conversion success, and account performance to guide strategic decision-making.
· Use CRM to document Visits, sales plan of visit, existing contacts and VIPs.
· Provide team leadership, coach, train and develop Sales agents to build a strong, progressive and motivated work team
· Decide offer management related decisions to evaluate offer and promotion outcomes and to ensure continuous offer management success.
· Align sales agreements with service delivery capabilities to avoid over-promising
Customer Satisfaction Process:
· Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Accounts, and ensuring loyalty and trust as well as addressing their needs to ensure mutual benefits.
· Ensure insurance partners see the financial and operational value of maintaining active agreements with HC, VD, MT programs.
· Design feedback mechanisms from referral sources and integrate it into strategies to improve processes, strengthen partnerships and proactively address any issues to improve satisfaction and engagement.
· Negotiate and review contract details, and provide needed support for account managers.
Innovation Process :
· Leverage data insights and referral patterns, to recommend new partnerships, identify innovative ways to drive referrals, increase conversion rates, grow stagnant accounts, and design strategic interventions to boost referral volume.
· Cooperate with stakeholders to design unique recognition strategies, creative rewarding systems involving loyalty programs tailored to the needs of stakeholders to maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
· Propose and implement tools to simplify referral tracking, partner engagement, and performance monitoring.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medicine
Experience
· Experience from 5 years in a related field to Business and sales
Knowledge:
· Knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven decision-making

· Strong analytical skills for market analysis and account performance tracking
