
Planning & Monitoring Process:
· Set quarterly networking plans for medical sales specialists aligned with hospital specialty targets.
· Supervise market research activities to identify new referral sources and market opportunities.
· Track team performance via CRM tools and regular reports.
· Analyze KPIs per specialist and intervene when targets are missed.
Operational Excellence Process:
· Conduct joint field visits with Medical Sales Specialists to develop major accounts.
· Maintain strategic relations with key high-value accounts and KOLs.
· Ensure the team aligns networking activities with the overall business development strategy.
Customer Satisfaction Process:
· Monitor satisfaction levels of KOLs and implement retention strategies.
· Address and resolve escalated concerns from key partners quickly and professionally.
Innovation Process:
· Propose scientific activities, CMEs, and networking events for relationship building.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations for new service launches per specialty.
· Explore and support partnerships, group practices, or high-value talent acquisition initiatives
Education:
· Graduated Medical Bachelor's degree e.g. Pharmacy, Medicine
Experience:
· 3-4 Years of experience
· Age does not exceed 32
· Exempted Military Status.
· Valid Driving License
