Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a relevant field. 
• 5+ years in HR, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, or a related compliance/controls role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, controls, and compliance across payroll, total rewards, performance management, and workforce governance. 
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) completed or in progress preferred; exposure to IFRS-aligned reporting a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the HR Internal Audit plan across relevant functions and processes.
• Review HR processes, policies, and controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation and closure of audit findings.
• Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and management recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen HR governance and controls.
