
Key Responsibilities
Planning & monitoring Process:
• Oversee and monitors the operations of the finance department.
• Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage the BU financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy, and provide guidance and analysis to executive and operational management to improve results
• Make sure we are compliant with legal, regulatory, professional and tax requirements to ensure Andalusia`s professional image.
Operation Excellence Process:
• Oversees reconciliation of daily cash transfers and finance reports.
• Mitigate the cash deficit risk by analyzing the cash flow and recommending financing options when needed in aligning with treasury team.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-optimization opportunities.
• Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Liaising closely with operations teams to track monthly financial performance and ensure their recommended variance adjustments are met as necessary.
• Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial scenarios as requested. Customer Satisfaction Process:
• Improves customer satisfaction levels by access to the right information.
• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. Innovation process
• Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Develops financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
• Enhances the overall operation of the department to implement financial management and month ending process.
• Keeping informed about the latest developments in the international accounting principals
Education
• Bachelor's degree Accountancy OR finance.
Experience
• +7 years’ experience Including being in a
managerial level from 2-3 years
• Previous working experience with Egyptian tax
law
• CMA Holder
