We are looking for a Business Transformation Specialist with a medical background to support transformation initiatives across Patient Access (PA), Patient Experience (PX), Home Care (HC), and Visiting Doctors (VD).

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Medicine
•  Preferred graduation year: 2020 or later
•  1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare Quality, Organizational Design, OPD Coordination, Patient Access, Patient Experience, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Process Improvement
•  Strong communication, structured problem solving, and ability to influence 
•  Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and stakeholder management skills
•  Fast self-learner with the ability to work under pressure and ambiguity

Key Responsibilities

•  Conduct process analysis, business analysis, and strategic planning
•  Map and improve patient journeys, workflows, and revenue streams
•  Develop, cascade, and track KPIs and performance logic
•  Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements, product features, and lifecycle needs aligned with strategic goals
•  Translate policies and operational needs into business rules, process logic, and system requirements
•  Support system thinking, business architecture, and solution design
•  Own and drive strategic tactics across process change, technology change, and role change
•  Prioritize product and process enhancement opportunities based on user needs and business value
•  Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong cross-functional alignment
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, delivery, and continuous improvement
•  Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives
•  Contribute to strategic workforce and organizational development, including job analysis, job mapping, and role clarity

Preferred Skills

•  Familiarity with BI tools and dashboard design is a plus
•  AI tools savviness / prompt engineering is a plus
•  Exposure to healthcare operations and patient-facing services
